We are unbelievably happy not to offer the standard half board like at other hiking hotels in Meran and Environs. We believe that there is nothing better on holiday than simply eating where you decide spontaneously: in the small café on the corner, in a rustic alpine hut, or in an award-winning restaurant. That is why we use all our energy to serve you a wonderful breakfast! We do not offer mass preparation at the buffet and long heated egg dishes. Instead, you will enjoy freshly cut fruit, served cheese, and sausage platters, crispy rolls, scrambled, fried, and boiled eggs à la minute, and much more. At lunchtime and in the evening, Dine Around gives you the opportunity to explore the culinary surroundings. We give you tips on where to find the tastiest pizza, the best “marende” (snack) on the mountain pastures and the most stylish award-winning restaurant. If you would at our hotel’still like a little refreshment in the afternoon or in the evening, a glass of wine, a delicious cocktail, or a homemade cake, we would love to treat you at the hotel’s own BISTRO. In summer, we also grill juicy steaks, crisp vegetables, and the finest fish on our Monolith, a ceramic grill for smoking and cooking – a culinary highlight, paired with wine and company.
